I bought this book to practice both reading German and transliterating Fraktur. It is printed and bound well, and a good size. The margins allow for notes if one is so inclined; I hate writing in my books, but the space is there! I may end up writing line #s just so it's easy to go back to mistakes. I haven't gotten through the whole book, but I've read Grimm fairy tales before, and I know many of the stories and the general tone of the stories and morals. For my purposes, this was a great book. It doesn't have any pressing improvements to be made.*EDIT, 15 April 2016: There are a few pages where the text is a blur. I'm not sure if that is because the original text was a blur, or if the presses for the reprint messed up. They are few and far in between, however, and don't bother me because most of the text is legible and I didn't buy this primarily to read the stories, but to practice German. Even if I did wonder what the text was, I can find it online if I try hard enough.
I've added two photos of the illustrations in the book. I think they may be part of the original.

It was not clear that it was in the old font, making it difficult to read, but happy with shipping and the price.
